HUNTER Programmable Thermostat Model No. 44860

Now available, Hunter's new Touch Screen Universal Thermostat. This seven day hunter programmable thermostat does it all. 7 day programmable means that if you have an odd working schedule like Tuesday through Saturday, then you have the ability to set the temperature different on those days. Many programmable thermostats have weekend days together and you are unable to set Saturday different then Sunday.

This hunter programmable thermostat is virtually compatible with all air conditioning and heating systems. Very few thermostats can be used with multi-stage heat pumps. The touch screen is an AmbiTouch™ backlit display.

THe 44860 touch screen programmable thermostat can be set to automatically switch over from cool mode to heat mode, also called auto season changeover.

You will always know instantly if the ENERGY STAR® CERTIFIED thermostat is in the cool mode or the heat mode by the color of the screen as shown in the illustration above.

Icons on the screen will let you know when the batteries need replaced. The hunter thermostat also keeps track of the number of hours that the fan runs so that it can notify you when the filters need to be changed in your home or office.

No need to worry about all your settings when the batteries go bad, all of your programmed information is kept in permanent memory. Is your area not on daylight savings time, not a problem, just set it off in the settings.

This thermostat will do it all, and if you have kids that like to crank the Air Conditioning to 60° when you leave the house, just electronically lock the hunter thermostat so that the settings can not be changed!
