Hunter HEPAtech Air Purifiers

The Hunter HEPAtech air purifier utilizes hunters whisper-quiet hunter fan to draw polluted air into the air cleaner. The first filter in the air flow process is an activated carbon pre-filter. This pre-filter reduces pet odors, cooking odors, and tobacco smell as well as filtering out the most of the larger dust particles including dog and cat hair and common household lint.

After passing through the activated carbon pre-filter, the filtered air passes through a permanently charged HEPAtech filter where 99.97% of airborne particles down to .1 micron are filtered out.

On select models the cleaning process is enhanced by the use of an ionizer which helps facilitate the cleaning process by distributing negative charged ions throughout the room. Hunter air purifiers with ionizers will be indicated in the specification of each model.

All hunter hepatech air purifiers discharge the clean air out the top of the unit so any setteled dust particles will not be stirred up and blown around the room.

The life expectancy of the filters is around 6 months 24/7 use.

The Hunter PermaLife Tower Air Purifier features a new contemporary tower design that takes up less floor space than other hunter air purifier models, and a permanent air filter, so you never have to replace your filter again! The PermaLife permanent cleanable filter effectively captures 99.5% of all airborne particles as small as 0.5 microns in size that pass through the filter (such as smoke, dust, pet dander, pollen, and other irritating allergens).

An advanced activated carbon pre-filter in the Hunter air purifier, reduces pet odors, tobacco and cooking odors while also capturing larger dust particles, lint and pet hair from the surrounding polluted air in the home.
